Books, Physical Products:

We accept returns and exchanges if you are not satisfied with your shipped order. If there are any issues regarding shipping condition, let us know.

Physical products can be returned in “like new” condition. Used or damaged products (post-shipment) are usually non-refundable.

Digital Products:

Since digital products are usually delivered via download or flash drive, we generally offer no refunds. Please contact us if you have any questions.

If you have not downloaded a product (or accessed digital content), we will issue a refund upon your request.
